Nirmetra is a Gurugram-based technical drawing practice. For more than 23 years, our team has prepared the approval, working and fire drawings that take buildings from design to sanction to site.

Our story
Behind the drawing board
We started as a small drafting office supporting local architects with sanction drawings. Over the years the work widened to working drawings, fire NOC sets and technical documentation, and the clients widened with it: contractors, developers, schools, hospitals and industrial owners.
What hasn’t changed is the job itself. An architect hands us a design and a deadline, and expects a set that is accurate, complete and consistent across every sheet. That expectation is how we measure our own work.
We don’t compete with our clients on design. We are the technical partner behind them, the team that makes sure the drawings hold up in front of the authority and on site.

Design, survey and zoning inputs are reviewed before drafting. Gaps are raised on day one, not at submission.

Area and FAR figures are calculated once and cross-checked against every plan, section and statement.

Setbacks, heights, parking, ventilation, egress and fire provisions are checked against a project-specific checklist.
